Hugh McGrinder has been a licensed real estate professional since 2015. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BS in Economics from the College of New Jersey. He has over 20 years experience working on Wall Street in the financial services industry. From this, he developed extensive business knowledge, a solid financial background and exceptional customer service skills.

Hugh served as Treasurer and Board Member for De Novo Harriers, a running club he co-founded. He volunteers his time with local charities and community organizations.

Hugh earned the NJ REALTORS Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2017,2018 and 2019; an honor earned by realtors who have demonstrated excellence in their profession based on closed transactions and sale volume. Hugh also earned the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award for 2022 & 2023. He earned the Million Dollar Sales Club Award at his previous real estate employer and was the #1 office agent in 2018. He is consistently one of the top office producers from 2016 to present.
